Schunk Group acquires ClimaTech

Tiel/Heuchelheim, 12 October 2021 – Via its subsidiary Weiss Technik Nederland B.V., the Schunk Group has acquired the company ClimaTech B.V. from the current owners Metatron Holding N.V. Metatron Holding, who also have ABN Cleanroom Technology in their corporate portfolio, are determined to focus even more on their core value -modular and mobile cleanroom solutions- in the future.

ClimaTech has been working in the field of cleanrooms for more than 25 years and has built up a very good reputation in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, but also the electronics and precision industries. In this, the company takes on the role of a so-called turn-key cleanroom builder, with all activities from advice and drafting of requirements, design, construction, validation and service. The company has eight employees and is based in Nijkerk, Netherlands.

Weiss Technik Nederland offers reliable climate solutions where people and machines are challenged: in industrial cleanrooms for precision production processes, measurement rooms, hospitals or in the pharmaceutical industry, but also in the IT and telecommunications industry. As one of the leading providers of professional cleanroom and climate solutions, Weiss Technik provides effective and energy-saving solutions. Weiss Technik Nederland is based in Tiel and has 34 employees.
